Can I take bookings without online payments?+
Yes. You can choose payment in person, online payment or a deposit for stays. The setup can vary by service.
Does customer money pass through Lortivo?+
No. Each business connects its own Stripe account and receives payments directly. The business remains responsible for its sales, refunds and customer relationship.
Do customers pay to use Lortivo?+
No. Customer accounts and the customer app are free.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. You can manage or cancel it through the secure Stripe portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Which languages are available?+
The interface is available in British English, European Portuguese and Spanish.
